This is a lovely example of a prosthetic leg. Made in Manchester in 1968 it is articulated at the knee and made out of some sort of metal. There’s a sufficient “stump socket” and it’s been painted in that terrible “skin tone” pink that’s not actually the same colour as any pink skin known to man.
