This box contains an alleged spirit called Mairi, who is a Scottish malevolent reconstruction of a Glaistig or Fae. She manifests through sharp temperature drops, the smell of smoked peat and distinct tapping sounds. She has been tethered in this box as a spiritual prison. A piece of highland heather from 1908 has been placed with her to give her the sense of home. The human finger and hand bone have been used as a grounding element. Brass chains have been used to physically bind the spirit along with religious icons. Elemental water and natural foliage also help to contain her. Keep Mairi in a quieter place as she is the embodiment of Scottish shadow work. Do not break the seal or remove the chains.
